I. General

Deliveries and services are exclusively based on these terms and conditions. Deviations require written confirmation.
Conditions of purchase are effective only in the matching points.

II. Offers and orders

1. Our offers are non-binding.
2. By placing an order, the client declares that he is solvent and creditworthy.
3. When placing the order, we are entitled to secure the transaction through a credit insurance and the insurer to transmit the necessary data.

III. Prices and calculation

IV. Deliveries and Shipping

VI. liability for defects
